Dr. Brad Pohlman
Brad Pohlman, MD, is Director of the Lymphoma Program at the Taussig Cancer Institute at Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio, where he also is on Staff of the Department of Hematologic Oncology and Blood Disorders.
Dr. Pohlman is a member of the American Society of Hematology, American Society of Clinical Oncology, and American Society for Blood and Marrow Transplantation.
Dr. Pohlman received his degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis, Ind. He completed a residency in internal medicine at the University of Wisconsin Hospital and Clinics in Madison, and a fellowship in hematology and medical oncology at the University of Minnesota Hospital and Clinics in Minneapolis.

Information collected on the 4th Angel Mentoring Program website (provided at the sole discretion of the client) includes name, contact information, cancer diagnosis, treatment information and psychosocial information. The information, input by the client on the 4th Angel website, is utilized for the purpose of matching the patient/caregiver with a volunteer, perform satisfaction surveys or schedule volunteer trainings. The 4th Angel Mentoring Program does not share information outside the organization.
